Jag älskar en massa citat om skrivande, men det som fastnat i mitt minne är:
”Write without pay until somebody offers to pay you. If nobody offers within three years, sawing wood is what you were intended for.” Jag kan inte läsa det utan att börja skratta. Mark Twain var riktigt rolig, tydligen. Det är så visuellt. Tänk om alla misslyckade författare (eller alla som anser sig misslyckade) skulle bli skogshuggare… 😀
